Product introduction:
Quetiapine fumarate is an atypical antipsychotic drug that interacts with a variety of neurotransmitter receptors. In the brain, quetiapine has a high affinity for serotonin (5ht2) receptors, which is greater than that for dopamine D1 and dopamine D2 receptors in the brain. Quetiapine has a high affinity for histamine receptors and adrenergic receptors α Receptor 1 also has high affinity for adrenaline α 2 receptor has low affinity, but has little affinity for cholinergic muscarinic receptor or benzodiazepine receptor. Quetiapine showed positive results in antipsychotic activity and conditioned avoidance reflex. Clinical trials show that this drug is effective in the treatment of positive and negative symptoms of schizophrenia.
