[Performance and characteristics]

This product is a high molecular chelating dispersant. It has excellent comprehensive chelating force, stability, dispersibility and secondary decontamination ability (anti redeposition ability) for metal ions such as Ca, Fe and Mg. It can be used in the whole process of printing and dyeing processing, reduce the probability that impurities generated in the washing process agglomerate and return to the fabric or equipment, and prevent the formation of its water-insoluble mixture. Low phosphorus, no foam, APEO.

[scope of application]

In the printing and dyeing industry, it is suitable for all processes of cotton, polyester and their blended fabrics, especially for automatic batching system.

[Usage]

1. Desizing and scouring of cotton and blended fabrics: significantly improve the desizing, scouring and impurity removal effect and prevent fiber strength reduction. Dosage: 1-3g / L.

2. Bleaching of cotton and blended fabrics: it can help prevent oxidation and hole breaking. It can be bathed with water glass to prevent water glass scaling. Dosage: 1-3g / L.

3. For dyeing: it can avoid the condensation between metal ions and dyes, improve the stability of disperse dyes at high temperature, and avoid the fading of color light and the return of oil stains to fabrics and equipment; Dosage: 1-3g / L.

4. Soaping: soaping can improve the floating color cleaning effect. Dosage: 1-3% (o.w.f).
