Synopsis:Ropivacaine Mesylate (molecular formula c17h26n2o · ch4o3s, English Name: Ropivacaine Mesylate injection) is a new long-acting amide local anesthetic. It is a pure L-isomer and has dual effects of anesthesia and analgesia. High concentration can produce surgical anesthesia, while low concentration can effectively block sensory nerve transmission and has little effect on motor nerve. Its pharmacological characteristics are lower cardiac toxicity, more obvious separation of sensory block and vasoconstriction, so it does not need to add adrenaline. Clinically, it is mainly used for surgical anesthesia, local anesthesia and acute pain control.treatment after the failure of anti estrogen therapy.
