Acotilamine hydrochloride is a new selective acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor. Acotemide improves impaired gastric motility and delayed gastric emptying by inhibiting the degradation of acetylcholine, thus improving the symptoms of functional dyspepsia. The drug is suitable for improving postprandial abdominal distension, upper abdominal fullness and premature fullness caused by functional dyspepsia.
