Low foam Scouring Agent SA-19 is a mixture of various block terminated polyether surfactants. It has emulsifying and dispersing properties, low foam, no silicone defoamer, high safety, and can be used in a relatively high foam environment, especially for cotton knitted, cotton yarns and their blended fabrics. This product does not contain APEO.

Appearance: light yellow transparent liquid

Scouring of cotton knitted fabric, cotton yarn and its blended fabric
Usage method
This product is a high concentration product with an effective content of 3 ~ 4 times that of ordinary products on the market. It can be directly reduced or diluted with 3 ~ 4 times water. In order to reduce the trouble, it is recommended to reduce the use directly.
Reference dosage
Impregnation method: SA-19 0.5 ~ 1.0% (o.w.f)
Hydrogen peroxide (27.5%) 6 ~ 8g / L
Flake alkali: 2g/l

Storage
