Brief introduction: phosphoric acid, Western antipyretin is the first two peptide based peptidase IV (DDP-4) inhibitor approved by the German Merck Co and approved by the US Food and Drug Administration for the treatment of type 2 diabetes. It is a new hypoglycemic agent which can improve the ability of the body to reduce its high blood sugar level and increase the natural incretin by inhibiting the activity of the enzyme. It includes the levels of glucagon like peptide-1 and Glucose dependent insulinotropic peptide, which triggers the clinical effect of increasing insulin production in the pancreas and stopping glucose production in the liver, and finally reducing blood glucose concentration. This product is characterized by the stimulation of insulin secretion while alleviating hunger and does not increase body weight or hypoglycemia and edema. It is suitable for diabetic patients with poor glycemic control and frequent hypoglycemia.
