Phosphorus free Substitution Alkali IS-3 is a buffer composed of a variety of alkali agents and buffers; It is suitable for reactive dye dyeing of various yarns and fabrics composed of cellulose fibers and regenerated cellulose fibers. It is used in reactive dye dip dyeing and fixation process instead of soda ash.

Scope of application

1. It is suitable for reactive dye dip dyeing of cotton yarn, viscose and blended fibers or yarns.

2. It is suitable for reactive dye dip dyeing of knitted fabrics such as cotton fiber and blended fabric.

3. It is suitable for reactive dye dip dyeing of woven fabrics such as cotton fiber and blended fabric.

Reference dosage

1. Use 1/10~1/7 of the amount of soda ash according to the conventional process.

2. Reference process: dip dyeing; Bath ratio: 1:8-12.

Note: in case of medium dark color and light dark color, the dosage of sodium sulphate can be increased by 10-20g/L or soda can be used for priming.

Matters needing attention:

1. When this product replaces soda ash, because the internal content and structure of this product are different from that of soda ash, it is not allowed to take soda ash as a standard to compare this product. It is suggested that this product be applied in a separate set of process, and the substitute soda should be used for proofing before production, so as to reduce the cost. The general consumption is 1/10~1/7 of the consumption of soda ash.

2. When using this product, it is recommended to flush it with water and melt it evenly. Pay attention to mixing when melting materials to prevent caking.

3. After opening the bag for use, the packaging opening shall be closed in time to avoid moisture absorption.

4. This product must be diluted before use.

5. Avoid direct contact with the skin. If it accidentally enters the eye, it needs to be cleaned with a large amount of water. This product has certain corrosivity.

Packing: 10kg and 25kg plastic bags.

Storage: put it in a cool and dry place. After use, the packaging opening must be closed in time to avoid moisture absorption.
