Brief Introduction
Homopoly PP special environment-friendly flame retardant is a high-efficiency and environment-friendly flame retardant containing phosphorus and bromine. This product can reach UL 94 V-2 level by adding a small amount (1.2%) to homopoly pp. it has good self extinguishing effect, no precipitation, no frost, and there is no need to add additives such as antimony trioxide and antioxidant. The formed product has good surface gloss, good thermal stability, water resistance, non-toxic, etc.
As an additive flame retardant, this product is applied to homopolymer flame retardant PP with flame retardant requirements of UL 94 V-2. Fillers (such as talc powder, barium sulfate, glass fiber, etc.) can be added appropriately. It is not suitable for polypropylene with calcium powder. The modification of silane coupling agent will reduce the flame retardant effect.
