Brief Introduction
Tilmicosin is a new macrolide antibiotic semi synthesized by tylosin for livestock and poultry. The antibacterial spectrum of tilmicosin is similar to that of tylosin, but it has an enhanced effect on anti hemorrhagic septic pasteurella and hemolytic Pasteurella. It was successfully developed in the 1980s and initially used el-870 as the code. The common trade name is pulmotil © And micotil ©, The preparation includes tilmicosin soluble powder, premix (20%) and injection. It was approved in most European countries in 1990 and in the United States in 1992 and included in the United States Pharmacopoeia. Some enterprises in China have also been approved to produce tilmicosin. Because of its special antibacterial activity and pharmacokinetic characteristics, the drug has been approved for clinical use in animal diseases such as cattle, goats, sheep, cows, pigs and chickens. Especially the treatment of livestock and poultry respiratory diseases, such as actinobacterial pleuropneumonia, Pasteurellosis and chicken mycosis, and mastitis of lactating animals.

Brief Introduction
Colistin sulfate is white or nearly white powder, odorless, bitter taste, moisture inducing, easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in methanol, ethanol, almost insoluble in acetone, ether, free alkali slightly soluble in water. It is stable in the range of ph3-7.5. Colistin sulfate is produced by polymyxa bacteria and has strong antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria. It is used to treat intestinal diseases caused by gram-negative bacteria, as feed additive and has obvious growth promoting effect. It is better to combine with sulfadiazine.
