Brief Introduction
Thiamphenicol is a broad-spectrum antibiotic of chloramphenicol, which has stronger effect on Gram-negative bacteria than positive bacteria. It is white to almost white crystalline powder or crystal at normal temperature. It can be absorbed completely and quickly by oral administration. In metabolism, it is mainly excreted from urine in its original form. Clinically, it is mainly used in the treatment of respiratory, urinary, hepatobiliary, typhoid and other intestinal surgery, obstetrics and Gynecology and ENT infection, especially for mild infection.

Brief Introduction
Cefalexin is the first generation cephalosporin, also known as "Xianfeng No. 4", belonging to the β- Lactams. It can inhibit the synthesis of cell wall, make the cell content expand to break and dissolve, and kill bacteria. It is effective for a variety of gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria (such as Staphylococcus, pasteurella and Escherichia coli). Pseudomonas and Proteus are usually resistant. It is very important to keep the plasma concentration higher than mic. Prolonging the interval of administration or missing administration will reduce the therapeutic effect. The dosage and interval of administration were determined according to the infection site, severity and pathogen. In severe or acute infection, the dose can be doubled or the administration frequency can be increased. This product is toxic to rabbits and can only be used in special indications.
