Commonly known as gravel, it is a synthetic chemical substance that mimics the stimulant cathinones and was developed in the 1960s. Chemically, Vlaka is associated with the central stimulant Pyrovalenone, which is a ketone analogue of Prolintane in chemical structure. Used as an entertainment drug. In 2014, according to the Food and Drug Administration's Safety and Innovation Act, the United States prohibited all compounds that were artificially designed to have the same efficacy as prohibited drugs, and included Fraka on the list of illegally controlled substances in Table 1.
