Brief Introduction
Proanthocyanidins are a kind of polyphenols, which are condensed from flavan-3-ol monomers. It has strong antioxidant activity and other biological activities, and has been widely used in food, medicine, cosmetics and other fields. Proanthocyanidins have strong antioxidant activity, which is one of the strongest and most effective free radical scavengers ever found by human beings, especially in vivo. The antioxidant activity of proanthocyanidins shows a dose-response relationship, but if it exceeds a certain concentration, its antioxidant activity will decrease with the increase of concentration. Proanthocyanidins have significant killing effect on a variety of tumor cells, and have significant inhibitory effect on a variety of carcinogens in the start-up and cancer promoting stages. Procyanidins can inhibit the growth of cancer cells and induce apoptosis. In addition, it has good anticancer activity for liver cancer, prostate cancer and skin cancer. Procyanidins can reduce the increase of capillary permeability caused by inflammatory mediators such as histamine and bradykinin, reduce the fragility of capillary wall, reduce the tension and permeability of capillary, protect the material transport capacity of capillary, and thus play an anti-inflammatory role. In addition, procyanidins can also inhibit the activity of histamine decarboxylase, limit the role of hyaluronidase, and have a significant effect on a variety of arthritis and gastric and duodenal ulcer.

Brief Introduction
This product is piperidine antihistamines. It competes with histamine for H1 receptor on effector cells in vivo, so that histamines completely lose the opportunity to bind to H1 receptor, so as to inhibit the occurrence of allergic reaction. Therefore, this product has high selectivity for blocking H1 receptor, and no other pharmacological effects have been found. This product has the characteristics of strong effect, long effect, low toxicity and no central inhibitory adverse reactions. It is used to treat various allergic diseases, including allergic rhinitis, urticaria, allergic conjunctivitis, skin pruritus, etc.
