Brief Introduction
It is a postganglionic anticholinergic drug with high selectivity for M receptor in gastrointestinal tract, similar to atropine, but weak. It can selectively inhibit gastrointestinal smooth muscle, so it has a strong and lasting effect. It can also inhibit the secretion of sweat, saliva and gastric juice, and reduce the secretion of mucin. In addition, it can block ganglion. When the dosage is high, it can block neuromuscular conduction and respiratory paralysis.

Brief Introduction
Tiopride hydrochloride is a kind of benzamide antipsychotics. It can inhibit the hyperfunction of dopaminergic nerve in the limbic system of the midbrain and antagonize the dyskinesia of dopaminergic nerve in the striatum, so as to produce sedative and sedative effects. It is characterized by good effect on sensory motor nervous system diseases and psychomotor behavior disorders. Indications for the treatment of chorea, Tourette's syndrome and senile psychomotor disorders. It can also be used for intractable headache, painful spasm, sciatica, joint pain and alcoholism.
