Penicillin G Sodium Salt; 4-Thia-1-Azabicyclo[3.2.0]Heptane-2-Carboxylic Acid, 3,3-Dimethyl-7-Oxo-6-[(Phenylacetyl)Amino]-, Monosodium Salt; Crystapen
Brief Introduction
Penicillin is still widely used because of its strong antibacterial effect, high curative effect and low toxicity. Penicillin is an organic acid, which can combine with a variety of metals to form a salt. Its sodium salt or potassium salt is commonly used. 6-APA (6-aminopenicillanic acid) is an intermediate of various semi synthetic penicillins.

Brief Introduction
The third generation quinolones have broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and their antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity are similar to norfloxacin. It can inhibit or kill bacteria by interfering with DNA replication and bacterial protein synthesis. It has strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, a variety of Gram-negative bacteria and strains resistant to ampicillin and TMP cephalosporin V. It is as effective on intestinal bacteria as the third generation cephalosporins, but it has poor effect on anaerobic bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Clostridium. It is not easy to develop drug resistance. For sepsis, bacterial meningitis, respiratory tract, urethra, kidney, hepatobiliary, gynecological diseases, bone and joint infections.

Molecular Formula:C19H21ClN3NaO6S
Alias
More Information
Cloxacillin Sodium; Cloxacillin Sodium Salt; Cloxapen; Bactopen
Brief Introduction
The product is a semi synthetic antibiotic, which is very similar to the action characteristics and uses of oxacillin. It has bactericidal effect on drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus. Oral or intramuscular absorption is good, and the blood concentration is 2 times higher than oxacillin. It is mainly used for infections caused by drug-resistant staphylococcus aureus, such as sepsis, osteomyelitis, skin and soft tissue infection, endocarditis, urinary system infection and meningitis.
