Brief Introduction
The third generation quinolones have broad-spectrum antibacterial effect, and their antibacterial spectrum and antibacterial activity are similar to norfloxacin. It can inhibit or kill bacteria by interfering with DNA replication and bacterial protein synthesis. It has strong antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus, a variety of Gram-negative bacteria and strains resistant to ampicillin and TMP cephalosporin V. It is as effective on intestinal bacteria as the third generation cephalosporins, but it has poor effect on anaerobic bacteria, Mycobacterium tuberculosis and Clostridium.
