Brief Introduction
PEG-6 CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC GLYCERIDES is a water-soluble emollient derived from coconut fatty acids. It is used as an emollient and emulsifier in micellar water or very mild detergent, which can gently decompose and remove sebum. As a low irritating auxiliary surfactant in shampoo, shower gel or shower gel, it can provide moisturizing effect due to its fatliquoring characteristics, good foam quality and smooth after use feeling. As a water-soluble emollient, PEG-6 CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC GLYCERIDES can be added to the product during the heating or cooling stage of the product to moisturize the hair or skin as a fatliquor. It can be added to wash off or retention hair care products to provide a soft, moist feeling without greasy or depressing hair. PEG-6 CAPRYLIC/CAPRIC GLYCERIDES can be used as a solubilizer to add a small amount of perfume or essential oil to the aqueous solution.
