Betain Nicotinate; Coffearine; N-Methyl-3-Carboxypyridinium; 1-Methylpyridinium-3-Carbonate; Trigonellin; Trigenolline; Gynesis; Coffearin; 1-Methyl-3-Pyridinium Carboxylate; Trigonelline; Gynesine; Pyridinium, 3-Carboxy-1-Methyl-, Hydroxide, Inner Salt; Caffearine
Brief Introduction
Trigonelline is an alkaloid with chemical formula C7H7NO2. It is a zwitterion formed by the methylation of the nitrogen atom of niacin (vitamin B3). Trigonelline is a product of niacin metabolism that is excreted in urine of mammals.Trigonelline occurs in many plants. It has been isolated from fenugreek seeds (Trigonella foenum-graecum, hence the name), garden peas, hemp seed, oats, potatoes, Stachys species, dahlia, Strophanthus species, and Dichapetalum cymosum. Trigonelline is also found in coffee. Higher levels of trigonelline is found in arabica coffee. Holtz, Kutscher, and Theilmann have recorded its presence in a number of animals.

Brief Introduction
Somamate is a natural sweet protein extracted from African taro. It is natural, low calorie, safe and non-toxic, and can be degraded into amino acids required by human body.
CAS:604-69-3
Molecular Formula:C16H22O11
β-D-Glucopyranose, Pentaacetate; 1,2,3,4,6-Penta-O-Acetyl-.β.-D-Glucopyranose
Brief Introduction
D-Glucose pentaacetate was reported to stimulate insulin release in rat pancreatic islets. Only α-D-glucose pentaacetate caused an immediate increase in insulin output. The β-anomer of D-glucose pentaacetate first transiently inhibited insulin release, this initial effect being followed by a secondary rise in secretory rate.

Schleimsaure; Dulcite; (2R,3S,4R,5S)-Hexane-1,2,3,4,5,6-Hexaol; Dulcitol; D-Galactitol
Brief Introduction
Galactitol is an optically inactive hexitol having meso-configuration. It has a role as a metabolite, a human metabolite, an Escherichia coli metabolite and a mouse metabolite.
Talloilfattyacids; Einecs 263-107-3; Tall Oil Fatty Acids; TALL OIL ACID; Acids, tall oil; Tall Oil Acids; Fatty Acids, Tall-Oil
Brief Introduction
Tall oil fatty acid comes from pine oil. Its main components are the mixture of oleic acid, linoleic acid and their isomers, and contains a small amount of rosin acid and unsaponifiable matter. Alcoholization and ammoniation reactions can occur.
