P-aminoanisole - Properties
A molten crystal. Melting point 57.2 ℃ (min.). The relative density is 1.071. Boiling point 243. C。 Refractive index 1 5559。 Soluble in ethanol and ether, slightly soluble in water.
P-aminoanisole - Preparation method
P-nitrochlorobenzene was methoxylated with methanol and liquid alkali to produce p-nitroanisole, which was then reduced by sodium sulfide. The reaction product was separated and the residue was removed by vacuum distillation to obtain p-aminoanisole.
P-aminoanisole - Application
It is mainly used to prepare ice dyeing dyes such as jujube GP, blue salt VB, tryptophan as-rl and tryptophan as-sg, as well as Afghan medicine.
P-aminoanisole - Safety
