Product introduction:
Ceftriaxone sodium is similar to cefotaxime sodium. It has a strong effect on Escherichia coli, pneumonia, indole positive Proteus, influenza bacilli, Serratia, meningococci and Neisseria gonorrhoeae; Pneumococcus, Streptococcus and Staphylococcus aureus are moderately sensitive to this product; Enterococcus, methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus and most vulnerable Bacteroides are resistant to this product.
Indication:
It is used for pneumonia, bronchitis, peritonitis, pleurisy caused by sensitive bacteria, as well as infection of skin and soft tissue, urinary tract, biliary tract, bone and joint, facial features, wound and other parts. It is also used for sepsis and meningitis.
Drug interactions:
Combined with aminoglycosides, it has synergistic antibacterial effect, but it may aggravate renal damage at the same time; The combination of this product with calcium containing agents or calcium containing products may lead to fatal adverse events; This product can affect ethanol metabolism, increase the concentration of acetaldehyde in blood and lead to disulfiram like reaction; Probenecid does not affect the elimination of this product. It was found that the combination of chloramphenicol and ceftriaxone had antagonistic effect in vitro.
Adverse reactions:
Allergic reactions can cause rash, fever, pruritus, etc. The digestive system has anorexia, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc. Abnormal liver function. Transient increase of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine. White blood cells, neutrophils, thrombocytopenia and eosinophils were occasionally seen. Long term medication can cause double infection, such as candidiasis, pseudomembranous enteritis and so on.
