Hubei Yuanda Fuchi Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as Fuchi company) is a high-tech enterprise in Hubei Province. It is a comprehensive chemical enterprise integrating fine chemical industry, agrochemical industry and chemical pharmacy. The company is located in Huangshi City, an industrial city in the east of Hubei Province, next to the golden waterway of the Yangtze River, close to Shanghai Chengdu Expressway and Beijing Kowloon Railway, and has good transportation, information and resource conditions.
The predecessor of the company was Huanggang Fuchi chemical fertilizer plant founded in 1958. It was established as a joint stock limited company with the approval of the provincial Economic Reform Commission in 1997. In July 2002, as one of the pilot enterprises of enterprise property right system reform in Huanggang City, the company was transformed from a state-owned holding enterprise into a private joint-stock company. In February 2010, it joined China Yuanda Group, Become its Yuanda medicine (China) Co., Ltd (formerly Wuhan Yuanda Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.) is a holding subsidiary. It has total assets of 490 million yuan, covers an area of 1032000 square meters, has more than 606 employees and more than 200 professional and technical personnel, and has four subsidiaries and seven production plants. It has an annual capacity of 50000 tons of dimethyl sulfate, 7000 tons of nitromethane and 150000 tons of industrial sulfuric acid. It also produces sodium fluosilicate and sodium sulfite , ammonium bisulfite, sodium bisulfite, O-METHYLISOUREA, imine complex and other products.
