3、Mechanism and clinical use:
Febupristat is a new generation of xanthine oxidase inhibitor, which is clinically used to treat hyperuricemia (gout). It has a high selectivity for XOR, and has a significant inhibitory effect on oxidized and reduced XOR. The KI and Ki 'values of XOR inhibition are 0.6 and 3.1nm, respectively. Moreover, the inhibitory effect of febrest on XOR was not affected by the redox state of the enzyme. In vitro studies show that febupristal not only has high selectivity, but also has stronger activity than allopurinol.
4、Packaging size specification
The inner package is a double-layer polyethylene bag, and the outer package is a medicinal aluminum bottle, 3kg per barrel.
