(1) Pharmacodynamics
Tortrazuli is a triazinone compound with broad-spectrum anti coccidial activity. It is widely used in chicken coccidiosis. It has a wide range of action sites on coccidia, and has an effect on two asexual cycles of coccidia, such as inhibiting schizonts, nuclear division of small gametophytes and wall formation of small gametophytes.
Because this product interferes with the nuclear division and mitochondria of coccidia, affects the respiratory and metabolic functions of coccidia, and can expand the endoplasmic reticulum and cause serious cavitation, it has the effect of killing coccidia.
(2) Pharmacokinetics
More than 50% of the drugs are absorbed by domestic poultry. After absorption, the drugs are mainly collected in the liver and kidney, but are quickly metabolized into sulfones. The half-life of the drug in chicks is about 2 days.
Anticoccidial drugs. It is used to treat poultry coccidiosis. This product is soft, toxic and gentle to chicken pile type, Brucella, giant, Eimeria; Eimeria glandularis and Eimeria Turkey; And the goose's Amy ball. Both Eimeria truncata and Eimeria truncata had good inhibitory effects.
Usage and dosage: make Toltrazuril solution. Mixed drink 1L of drinking water 25mg per day.
Continuous application is easy to cause coccidia to develop drug resistance, and even cross drug resistance (diclazuli). Therefore, continuous application shall not exceed 6 months. The drug withdrawal period of broilers should be 19 days.
