Apoester contains ß-apo-8'-carotenoic ethyl ester stabilized in a matrix of carbohydrates and gelatin-coated with corn starch. It is mainly used in poultry feeds to improve the desired golden color of chicken skin and egg yolk. It can also be used to color the fish flesh of salmon, trout, aquarium fish, turtles, etc.

Scope of Application

1. Increase the color of poultry egg yolk

2. Deepen the color of poultry skin, foot diameter, beak and subcutaneous fat

5. As a synthetic yellow pigment, it is usually added to the feed of layers and broilers to improve the color of egg yolk and chicken skin. When used with red pigment, the coloring effect is better.
