Nitrofuranoylhydrazide is a nitrofuran inhibitor, which inhibits signal transduction of STAT transcription factors. It is mainly used to prevent and treat bacillary dysentery and enteritis. Prevention and treatment of intestinal or urinary diseases caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, aerogenes, proteus, necrobacter and Staphylococcus. It can effectively prevent dysentery with wide antibacterial spectrum, high antibacterial activity and low inhibitory concentration. There was no cross resistance with sulfonamides, quinolones and other antibiotics.
