Properties

Feprazone is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug. Its anti-inflammatory, antipyretic and analgesic effects are realized by strongly inhibiting the synthesis of PG. The structural feature of feprazone is that isopentenyl with anti ulcer effect is introduced into the chemical structure, which not only retains the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, but also reduces the toxic and side effects, especially avoids the adverse stimulation of similar drugs on gastric mucosa.
