Ganciclovir

Product introduction:

Ganciclovir is a nucleoside antiviral drug and a guanine nucleoside derivative. It has broad-spectrum and high-efficiency inhibition of herpesvirus, can competitively inhibit DNA polymerase and incorporate it into the DNA of virus and host cells, so as to inhibit DNA synthesis. It has become the first choice for the treatment of cytomegalovirus infection. It is used for the induction and maintenance period of cytomegalovirus retinitis in immunodeficiency patients (including AIDS patients). It can also be used to prevent cytomegalovirus infection and prevent cytomegalovirus infection and AIDS patients who are positive for cytomegalovirus serological tests.
