O-Cresol

Scope of application:

It is mainly used as synthetic resin and can also be used to make pesticide dimethyltetrachlorohydrin herbicide, disinfectant, perfume, chemical reagent and antioxidant in medicine. Its downstream products mainly include synthetic resin o-cresol phenolic resin, o-methylsalicylic acid, p-chloro-o-cresol, o-hydroxybenzoaldehyde, 2-methyl-5-isopropylphenol and antioxidant. In addition, it can also be used as diluent, disinfectant and plasticizer in the production of sebacic acid.
