Brief Introduction
As a single quaternary ammonium cholinesterase reactivator, phosphine iodide can relieve the nicotine like symptoms of organophosphorus poisoning, rapidly relieve muscle fibrillation and bronchospasm, and is used in the rescue of acute organophosphorus poisoning. It has good effect on sarin, parathion, internal absorption of phosphorus, thiotep, malathion and parathion poisoning, but poor effect on tabun, dichlorvos and trichlorfon poisoning, There was no reactivation effect on cholinesterase inhibited by carbamate insecticides and diazinon, cyanophos, prochlorophos and octamethylphos. The quaternary ammonium group of the oxime compounds can tend to the cation site of the inactivated phosphorylcholinesterase bound by organophosphorus insecticides. Its nucleophilic group can directly combine with the phosphorylation group of cholinesterase and separate from the cholinesterase, so that the cholinesterase can recover its original state and reappear its activity. The reactivation effect on the aged cholinesterase inhibited by organophosphorus insecticides for more than 36 hours was very poor. It has no reactivation effect on cholinesterase inhibited by chronic organophosphorus pesticide poisoning. The effect of this product on the symptoms of nicotine like caused by organophosphorus insecticides is obvious, but the effect on the symptoms of muscarinic like is weak, and the effect on the symptoms of central nervous system is not obvious.

Brief Introduction
Sonidegib is a drug target inhibitor of SMO protein, which is a part of hedgehog signaling pathway secreted by cells. Hedgehog signaling molecules in human cells play a key role in guiding the development of embryo growth and spatial planning, as well as subsequent organ and limb development. The absence of hedgehog signaling molecules is an important inducement for some cancers and congenital defects. Sonidegib is mainly used to treat basal cell carcinoma.

Brief Introduction
Nitrofuranoylhydrazide is a nitrofuran inhibitor, which inhibits signal transduction of STAT transcription factors. It is mainly used to prevent and treat bacillary dysentery and enteritis. Prevention and treatment of intestinal or urinary diseases caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Pasteurella, aerogenes, proteus, necrobacter and Staphylococcus. It can effectively prevent dysentery with wide antibacterial spectrum, high antibacterial activity and low inhibitory concentration. There was no cross resistance with sulfonamides, quinolones and other antibiotics.
