Brief Introduction
Flutamide is a toluidine derivative and a nonsteroidal antiandrogen that is structurally related to bicalutamide and nilutamide. Flutamide and its more potent active metabolite 2-hydroxyflutamide competitively block dihydrotestosterone binding at androgen receptors, forming inactive complexes which cannot translocate into the cell nucleus. Formation of inactive receptors inhibits androgen-dependent DNA and protein synthesis, resulting in tumor cell growth arrest or transient tumor regression.

Brief Introduction
Torvastatin is an HMG CoA reductase inhibitor, which exists in the form of calcium salt. It was first registered in Germany and the United Kingdom in February 1997 and approved for listing in the United Kingdom for the first time in April 1997. Its chemical name is: [R - (R, R)] - 2 - (4-fluorophenyl)- β,β- Dihydroxy-5 - (1-methylethyl) - 3-phenyl-4 - [(aniline) carbonyl] - 1-hydrogen-pyrrole-1-heptanate calcium, with a relative molecular weight of 1155.36. Atorvastatin is a commonly used statin in clinic. In addition to treating hypercholesterolemia, it has a better preventive effect on hypertension, coronary heart disease and cerebrovascular diseases.

Brief Introduction
Strontium ranelate is a drug for the treatment of osteoporosis. Strontium ranelate has dual pharmacological effects of inhibiting bone resorption and promoting bone formation. On the one hand, osteoblast enriched cells can increase the synthesis of collagen and non collagen, and promote osteoblast mediated bone formation by enhancing the proliferation of pre osteoblasts. On the other hand, by reducing osteoclast differentiation and resorption activity, bone resorption can be reduced, so that bone regeneration can be balanced again, which is conducive to bone formation.
