Brief Introduction
Amphotericin B is a polyene antifungal antibiotic isolated from the culture medium of Streptomyces. Its antibacterial mechanism is that amphotericin B can combine with ergosterol on the fungal cell membrane, resulting in the damage of cell membrane, the improvement of permeability, and the escape of intracellular substances and death.
