Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate is mainly used as analytical reagent, pharmaceutical raw material, buffer, chelating agent, yeast food, emulsified salt and antioxidant synergist in food industry. China's "Hygienic standard for the use of food additives" (GB2760-1996) stipulates that it can be used for vegetable fat powder, and the maximum dosage is 19.9g/kg.
