Trans-Dihydro Lisuride; Dironyl; S(+)-Terguride; Trans-9,10-Dihydrolisuride Hydrogen Maleate; Terguride; Tdhl; 9,10A-Dihydrolisuride; Tergurid; 1,1-Diethyl-3-(6-Methyl-Ergolin-8-Yl)-Urea; Teluron; R-(+)-Terguride; (5R,8S,10R)-Terguride
Brief Introduction
Terguride (INN), is a serotonin receptor antagonist and dopamine receptor agonist of the ergoline family. It is approved for and used in the treatment of hyperprolactinemia. Terguride is an oral, potent antagonist of 5-HT2B and 5-HT2A (serotonin) receptors. Serotonin stimulates the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells, and induces fibrosis in the wall of pulmonary arteries. Together, this causes vascular remodeling and narrowing of the pulmonary arteries. These changes result in increased vascular resistance and PAH. Due to the potential anti-proliferative and anti-fibrotic activity of terguride, this potential medicine could offer the hope of achieving reversal of pulmonary artery vascular remodeling and attenuation of disease progression. In May 2008, terguride was granted orphan drug status for the treatment of pulmonary arterial hypertension. In May 2010 Pfizer purchased worldwide rights for the drug.

Brief Introduction
Zaprinast (M & B 22948) is a cGMP selective phosphodiesterase (PDE) inhibitor. Zaprinast is a gpr35 agonist, which has a strong activation effect on rat gpr35 and a certain activation effect on human gpr35. Zaprinast can reduce vascular remodeling through anti proliferation and pro apoptosis.

Brief Introduction
Streptomycin sulfate is the sulfate form of streptomycin. Streptomycin is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces griseus in soil. This product is effective to both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, but it is less effective to Streptococcus, pneumococcus and other Gram-positive bacteria than penicillin G. it is ineffective to Rickettsia, protozoa, viruses and fungi; It has good effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and various gram negative bacteria, E. coli, Brucella, bacillus, bacillus, dysentery, Yersinia pestis, etc. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, lymphatic tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis, tuberculous meningitis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and meningitis, pneumonia, septicemia, empyema, pleurisy, peritonitis caused by sensitive strains, as well as urinary and respiratory infections caused by sensitive strains.
