Brief Introduction
Streptomycin sulfate is the sulfate form of streptomycin. Streptomycin is an antibiotic produced by Streptomyces griseus in soil. This product is effective to both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, but it is less effective to Streptococcus, pneumococcus and other Gram-positive bacteria than penicillin G. it is ineffective to Rickettsia, protozoa, viruses and fungi; It has good effects on Mycobacterium tuberculosis and various gram negative bacteria, E. coli, Brucella, bacillus, bacillus, dysentery, Yersinia pestis, etc. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis, bone tuberculosis, lymphatic tuberculosis, intestinal tuberculosis, tuberculous meningitis caused by Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and meningitis, pneumonia, septicemia, empyema, pleurisy, peritonitis caused by sensitive strains, as well as urinary and respiratory infections caused by sensitive strains.

Brief Introduction
Sulindac is a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with remarkable effect in the treatment of colonic polyposis. From the structure, Sulindac belongs to sulfoxide, which has no effect on rheumatoid and rheumatoid arthritis, but it can be transformed into sulfide with inhibition of prostaglandin synthesis by liver enzyme, and can also be metabolized in vivo into sulfone compounds with the effect of treating colon polyps and inhibiting the deterioration of early stage cancer. Sulindac is a kind of active precursor drug, which can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins, and can relieve pain, anti-inflammatory and antipyretic.
