Brief Introduction
Pivenium bromide is a selective L-type calcium channel blocker for gastrointestinal props, which can effectively relieve pain, diarrhea and intestinal discomfort. It can be used for irritable bowel syndrome, symptomatic treatment of pain related to biliary dysfunction, gallbladder movement disorder and peptic ulcer, and preparation for barium enema. Pivirium bromide can also be used for symptomatic treatment of pain, abnormal intestinal peristalsis and discomfort related to intestinal dysfunction, and colon spasm. It has a good therapeutic effect on patients with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) without adverse reactions.

Brief Introduction
Norfenefrin hydrochloride, scientific name m-hydroxyphenylethanolamine hydrochloride, English name norfenefrine hydrochloride, is an adrenaline like drug, which can excite nerves similar to adrenaline. Adrenoceptor fraction α- Receptors and β- There are two types of receptors. α- Receptors mainly exist in effector cells of blood vessels such as glands, skin, mucosa and viscera. When α- When the receptor is excited, it is mainly manifested in the contraction of skin mucosal blood vessels and visceral blood vessels, increasing peripheral resistance and blood pressure. With excitement α- Receptor drugs are clinically used to raise hypertension and anti shock.
