Brief Introduction
Triadimemidine is a traditional broad-spectrum anti blood protozoan drug. It has effects on Trypanosoma, piriformis and sideworm (anamorpha). After medication, the blood concentration is high, but the duration is short, so it is mainly used for treatment and the preventive effect is poor. This product selectively blocks DNA synthesis or replication of Trypanosoma kinetochore, and irreversibly binds with nucleus, so that Trypanosoma kinetochore disappears and cannot divide and reproduce.
