Riboflavine Sulfate; Ribostamycin Sulfate Salt; Landamycine; Ribomycine
Brief Introduction
Ribomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic extracted from the fermentation broth of domestic streptomycin 3719. Ribomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with a wide antibacterial spectrum. It shows strong antibacterial activity against all kinds of gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is resistant to diseases infected by sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, pneumococcus, Escherichia coli and dysentery bacilli, such as sepsis, bronchitis, pulmonary suppuration, empyema, biliary tract infection Peritonitis and urinary system infection have curative effects. There is no cross resistance with penicillin G, tetracycline, ampicillin or o-chloropenicillin. There is cross resistance with kalamycin. It has good absorption, high blood concentration and lower toxicity than other aminoglycoside antibiotics.

Brief Introduction
Pyridoxal phosphate is the coenzyme form of vitamin B6. In the catalytic reaction, the intramolecular aldehyde group of pyridoxal phosphate and α- The amino combination of amino acids first forms aldehyde imine, also known as Schiff base, and then turns amino acids into ammonia, decarboxylation or racemization according to the characteristics of different enzyme proteins. As a coenzyme of amino acid transaminase, decarboxylase and racemic enzyme, it plays a very important role in amino acid metabolism. Pyridoxal phosphate is an important substance in pyridoxal. It is not only the coenzyme of aminotransferase and decarboxylase in amino acid metabolism, but also promotes the decarboxylation of glutamic acid and promotes the γ- Aminobutyric acid production. Pyridoxal phosphate in synthesis β- Carbonylamide drugs, biological activity research and other fields are also widely used, such as clinically, it is mainly used to treat Parkinson's disease, promote transaminase transamination, and improve the content of dopamine in the body.

Brief Introduction
M-hydroxylamine mainly acts on α Receptors, right β The effect of 1 receptor is weak; Part of the effect is by promoting the release of norepinephrine from sympathetic terminals. It is suitable for the early treatment of shock and the prevention and treatment of acute hypotension during spinal anesthesia. It can also be used for the auxiliary symptomatic treatment of hypotension caused by bleeding, drug allergy, surgical complications, brain trauma or brain tumor combined with shock, and also for the treatment of hypotension caused by cardiogenic shock or sepsis.
