Ribomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic extracted from the fermentation broth of domestic streptomycin 3719. Ribomycin sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic with a wide antibacterial spectrum. It shows strong antibacterial activity against all kinds of gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is resistant to diseases infected by sensitive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus, pneumococcus, Escherichia coli and dysentery bacilli, such as sepsis, bronchitis, pulmonary suppuration, empyema, biliary tract infection Peritonitis and urinary system infection have curative effects. There is no cross resistance with penicillin G, tetracycline, ampicillin or o-chloropenicillin. There is cross resistance with kalamycin. It has good absorption, high blood concentration and lower toxicity than other aminoglycoside antibiotics.
