Fructose has pure taste and pure sweetness. Its sweetness is up to 18 times that of sucrose. It is the sweetest sugar in nature. Regulatory status
GB / T26762-2011 national standards for crystalline fructose and solid fructose have been issued. They can be sold as general food or used as raw ingredients in production. In Chinese Pharmacopoeia, they can be used as oral or injection drugs.
