This product is a new type of sugar source developed from refined corn starch by introducing Japanese biological enzyme engineering technology and advanced technology. It is a high-purity Isomaltooligosaccharide prepared by nanofiltration on the basis of isomalto-oligosaccharide-500. This product has low sweetness, low calorie, moisture retention and anti caries. It has excellent proliferation effect on Bifidobacterium in human intestinal tract. Compared with isomeric -500, it has special functional properties, and it is especially suitable for diabetics because its non fermented carbohydrate content is more than 90% and contains no grape sugar.
