Product Features：

● High sweetness, low calorie: It is 7,000-13,000 times as sweet assucrose. It has very low level of calories, which is safety for the obese, diabetic patients.

 ● High solubility: 12.6g/L at room temperature in water, 950 g/L solubility in alcohol.

 ● Stability: It is very stable in both dry acidic environment. It is particularly stable in hydrous food system. A large number of studies have shown that the neotame applies to all of the people, including children gravidas. 

 ● Flavor enhancer: Neotame has a similar taste to that of sucrose, besides, it offers a taste of coolness. It can maintain even increase the sweetness, saltiness, acidity as an additive. it can mitigate block some offensive tastes such as bitterness astringency, pungent tastes.

Application：
