Alimta; L-Glutamic Acid Disodium Salt; N-[4-[2-(2-Amino-4,7-Dihydro-4-Oxo-1H-Pyrrolo[2,3-D]Pyrimidin-5-Yl)Ethyl]Benzoyl]-
Brief Introduction
Pemetrexed disodium is a tumor drug successfully developed by Eli Lilly Pemetrexed disodium is a multi-target antifolate preparation with pyrrolidine pyrimidine group in structure. It is a dual inhibitor of nucleotide synthase enzyme / dihydrofolate reductase. It can inhibit cell replication by destroying the normal folate dependent metabolism process in cells, and block three different enzyme targets that are crucial to the survival of cancer cells at the same time, So as to inhibit the growth of tumor.

Molecular Formula:C22H24ClFN4O3
Iressa; N-(3-Chloro-4-Fluorophenyl)-7-Methoxy-6-(3-Morpholinopropoxy)Quinazolin-4-Amine; Irressat; N-(3-Chloro-4-Fluorophenyl)-7-Methoxy-6-(3-Morpholin-4-Ylpropoxy)Quinazolin-4-Amine
Brief Introduction
Gefitinib is a quinazoline epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) tyrosine kinase inhibitor. It inhibits the autophosphorylation of tyrosine kinase domain in EGFR cells by competitive binding to ATP and blocks the transmission of downstream signals, so as to inhibit tumor angiogenesis, cell proliferation, invasion and metastasis and promote apoptosis.

Molecular Formula:C10H12ClN5O3
2-Chloro-2'-Deoxyadenosine; 2-Cda; 2Cda; 2-Chloro-2′-Deoxyadenosine; 2-Chloro-9-(2-Deoxy-β-D-Arabinofuranosyl)Adenine; 2-Cl-Dado; Cda; Cladrivine
Brief Introduction
Cladribine is a purine analogue and antineoplastic agent used primarily in the therapy of hairy cell leukemia. Cladribine is typically given intravenously daily for 7 days, usually as a single course, and has not been associated with serum enzyme elevations during therapy or with instances of clinically apparent acute liver injury with jaundice. Cladribine is 2'-Deoxyadenosine in which the hydrogen at position 2 on the purine ring has been substituted by chlorine. It inhibits the synthesis and repair of DNA, particularly in lymphocytes and monocytes, and is used as an antimetabolite antineoplastic drug for the treatment of lymphoid malignancies including hairy-cell leukaemia and chronic lymphocytic leukaemia. It has a role as an antineoplastic agent and an immunosuppressive agent. It is a purine 2'-deoxyribonucleoside and an organochlorine compound.
CAS:50-07-7
Molecular Formula:C15H18N4O5
Mitomycin C; ((1As,8S,8Ar,8Bs)-6-Amino-8A-Methoxy-5-Methyl-4,7-Dioxo-1,1A,2,4,7,8,8A,8B-Octahydroazirino[2',3':3,4]Pyrrolo[1,2-A]Indol-8-Yl)Methyl Carbamate; Ametycine; Mitomycin C(Ametycine)
Brief Introduction
Mitomycin is a methylazirinopyrroloindoledione antineoplastic antibiotic isolated from the bacterium Streptomyces caespitosus and other Streptomyces bacterial species. Bioreduced mitomycin C generates oxygen radicals, alkylates DNA, and produces interstrand DNA cross-links, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis. Preferentially toxic to hypoxic cells, mitomycin C also inhibits RNA and protein synthesis at high concentrations.

Molecular Formula:C4H3BrN2O2
5-Br-Uracil; 5-Bromo-Uraci; 5-Brura; 5-Bromo-2,4-Dioxopyrimidine; 5-Bromo-2,4(1H,3H)-Pyrimidinedione; 5-Bromo-2,4-Dihydroxypyrimidine; 5-Bromo-2,3-Dihydroxypyrimidine; 5-Bromo-1H-Pyrimidine-2,4-Dione
Brief Introduction
5-Bromouracill is a pyrimidine analogue, which is mainly used in the treatment of tumors. 5-fluorouracil is one of the antimetabolic drugs. Xenon difluoride reacts with uracil to produce 5-fluorouracil.
