Brief Introduction
This product is white rhombic crystal or crystalline powder, odorless, slightly aromatic, strong sweet, slightly bitter after taste, sweetness is 300-500 times of sucrose, readily soluble in water (20 ℃ 99.8g, 50 ℃ 186.8g, 95 ℃ 328.3g), soluble in ethanol (1g / 50ml). In the air slowly weathering, about half of the product will lost crystal water and become white powder. Saccharin, sodium salt hydrate is a widely used synthetic sweetener. In the body does not decompose, with the urine, does not supply heat, no nutritional value. It is used in the food industry and diabetics for sweetening. It can also be used as a diagnostic drug and as an auxiliary brightener in nickel plating.
